Then, if you perforate a little further, you will feel the paper

Fine Micro Hex
6 needle perforator. Needs to be used carefully. (very fine) Either
perforate slowly to avoid tearing the paper, or pre-perforate slightly
and then follow up with further perforation. Do not use on a very
soft perforating mat. A beautiful miniature flower pattern.
If you perforate a little deeper, you will feel the paper ‘break’,
with the result being a perfect Star cut out shape.(two tools in
one) - ** Cannot be used with any Grid **
If desired, after perforation has been completed, (but not cut)
you may twist the tool left and right. This will result in cutting
the paper. Once completed, further lift the paper and twist further,
and a perfect circle cut out will be achieved. ** Cannot be used
