BUYING FROM ROGATE
We
hope will be simple and straightforward but you have any problems
then do not hesitate to contact us, as above, and we will offer
help. Once you have added your required items to the shopping basket
you will transfer to a secure payment gateway which is administered
by PayPal. We are never informed of your payment method so this
service is extremely secure.
If you prefer, you may use our website as a shopping list/price
list and telephone, fax or e-mail your order to us and we are able
to accept most card types by telephone. Card details are not stored
electronically by us and the information given to us will be shredded
after the completed successful transaction.
OUR PRICES
Are
clearly shown against each item. The prices within the Hobbies and
Craft section of the website include VAT. Prices within the Printers'
Supplies and Commercial Stationery Sections do not include VAT and
this will be added to the total order value in the Shopping Basket.
CARRIAGE CHARGES
Hobbies
and Craft Section; Carriage will be charged extra at £1.50 per order,
for orders under £25.00. Over £25.00 carriage free. This applies
to UK mainland only.
Printers' Supplies and Commercial Stationery Sections; Carriage
will be charged extra at £6.00 + VAT for orders under £50.00 goods
value; over £50.00 will be sent carriage paid UK mainland only.
Orders for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles
of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight may be subject to a surcharge
depending on value, weight and destination of an order. Please contact
us for clarification.
DESPATCH OF ORDERS
We
will endeavour to dispatch stock items within 24 hours of receiving
an order and if we experience any undue delay we will contact you.
RETURNS POLICY
For
consumers your rights to return goods are protected under the EU
Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order
and return goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Your refund
will be made immediately on return of the goods. To confirm that
you wish to cancel then please contact us, in writing, by e-mail,
fax or post. Goods returned should be in a resalable condition.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when
returning the goods, so you need to pack goods correctly and to
take adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods.
In the case of any item of card, paper or envelopes to avoid the
cost and necessity of returning incorrect goods, we shall be happy
to forward a sample of any single item for you to examine. |
